Returns & Exchanges

At ELC Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In their original packaging

Please note: Final sale items, intimate apparel, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable, unless there is an issue on arrival, this includes damage & missing orders. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at elc.fashion.ie@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with return instructions promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EU Customers

If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer protection law.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us at elc.fashion.ie@gmail.com and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.If an issue arises due to a mistake on our part or our supplier's part (such as an incorrect, damaged, or missing item), we will fully cover any return or re-shipment shipping costs. However, if a return or exchange is requested due to a personal mistake by the customer (such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or item), the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at elc.fashion.ie@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
